+ Thought 1: Losing of any of the 6 senses = On my way home from work there was a vision impaired man whom had entered the train to which he stood against a pole. I thought he was happy in this position as there was a spare seat which he did not take. A few minutes passed and a stranger had asked if he would like to sit to which he guided him to his seat. This made me realise how good people can be in this world but most importantly appreciate the gift of my senses. Touching textures, seeing an array of colours, hearing music and so on. Appreciate but also help others whom are not as lucky as us.

+ Thought 2: That feeling you get after watching a movie = that feel good movie, that inspiration, that drive it gives you to push yourself to your best life, to feel, to want to be in their world. In saying that, you create your own reality. Strive for the feel good vibes.

+ Thought 3: Say thanks = Often we forget to give thanks and automatically think that the receiver knows we subliminally give thanks. See what happens when you say it more, make that other person feel good, thank the guy who made the coffee, gave you your change, instructed your gym class, your friends, your family for loving you. Thank you.
